You can take each module at your own pace, but trying a new recipe each week is probably the best way to continue exposure to new foods.
This course includes:
- A new ingredient highlighted in each new module
- A cooking demonstration, highlighting the benefits of that ingredient (handouts include a benefits card, recipe card, grocery & supplies list, and step-by-step written instructions)
- Two (2) shorter recipe videos to provide a variety of exposure options for that ingredient
- An activity page, reinforcing the benefits of the ingredient.
New modules are being created and uploaded to the course platform all the time so you continue to get access to all new content created for no additional cost.
